We have a rare vacancy right now for a full-time Retail Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing our shops and growing our business into new locations. This is a hands-on role, combining staff management, production liaison, merchandising and data-focused retail strategy with on-the-ground customer service, working shifts across our shops to maintain the friendly customer service standards we’re well known for.
We’re looking for a self sufficient retail manager, with proven food industry leadership experience to come in at a senior level to the business. You’ll understand the challenges of fast paced production and multi-site logistics and how important good, happy and engaged people are to delivering consistently great customer service.
This will be you if-
Proven experience in management in a food business (2 years +)
An eye for detail and a focus on self-sufficient solutions; wanting things to be right, making it happen
Demonstrable leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results, maintaining GP and implementing imaginative retail growth
Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a kind, supportive and calm way
You are able to foster a positive environment that aligns with Pink Lane Bakery’s strong values
