Are you an experienced artisan baker ready to take the next step?
We’re looking for a passionate Artisan Baker Supervisor to join our bakery team in Gosforth. Working closely with our Head Baker, you’ll help lead daily production, support and develop the team, and maintain the exceptional quality we’re known for across our artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes and savouries.
This is a hands-on role, combining baking, supervision, production planning and quality control. You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy bakery, enjoys sharing your knowledge with others, and is always looking for ways to improve both products and processes.
You’ll have several years’ experience baking artisan bread, with strong knowledge of sourdough and viennoiserie (a pastry background is a bonus). You’ll already have experience leading a team and understand how to keep production running smoothly without compromising on quality. Most importantly, you’ll genuinely care about the craft, take pride in every bake, and bring positive energy to the bakehouse every day.
